The main personal data we obtain from clients are : Clients' contact details; client’s full name; emergency contact information such as email address and telephone number. Also reasons for wanting to train in Tri Tier.
What this data is used for:
This information is obtained so that clients can be contacted with information about the training, so that they can be sent articles about the training, information about upcoming events, services and newsletters. They may also be contacted via phone, text message or email to arrange or schedule training. Or in the case that there is a change to our schedule or for emergencies.
The data is securely stored. Certain information such as name of client and occupation may be shared with other instructors or advisors who are delivering training services to that specific client but permission will be sort beforehand. Information may also be shared when necessary, or when required by the law in compliance with provisions of GDPR. Personal data is not shared with any third party in any other regards.
A client’s records are not kept indefinitely and will be deleted when the client ceases training with us after a reasonable time.
Clients have a legal right to access all personal information held by us relating to themselves.
